Charles LeDawnta Hill is an American football player. He was selected in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans and played for one season in the National Football League. He has played in the NFL Europe league and since 2006 has competed in the Arena Football League. ==Early life== Hill was born to Charles Hill and Deborah Ford on 1 November 1980. He attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Maryland. While there, Hill played on the varsity basketball team for three years, where he was noticed by the football coach, who convinced him to play football for his junior and senior years. As a junior, Roosevelt won the Prince George's County and regional football championships before falling to runners-up in the Maryland state final.〔 In 1997 as a senior, Hill saw action on both sides of the ball as part of the defensive and offensive lines. He recorded 114 tackles (87 solo), seven sacks, four fumble recoveries, and four forced fumbles.
